SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

At DEM Pack, we understand that getting your order to you quickly and safely is important. That's why we offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. We use reliable carriers and package your items carefully to ensure they arrive in great condition. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. 

  • Weekends & Holidays

We do not ship orders on weekends. Holidays and other high volume events may increase processing and fulfillment time.

  • How long does it take to receive my order (Domestic)

Once order is placed and conformed, shipments takes 5-7 business days. 

  • How long does it take to receive my order (International)

Due to high costs of shipping, we do not cover international shipping at this time. 

  • Can I track my order?

After placing your order, you will receive all shipping information including tracking number to monitor the status of delivery.  

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We always want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from DEM Pack. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it for a refund or exchange products following our Return & Exchange policy guidelines.

 

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the day the item was received to request either a full refund or exchange it.

  • All items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please have the receipt included to complete all refunds. 

  • Please do not return items that have been used, damaged, odorized, stained, items inside or messy. Such conditions will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued. Items would also not qualify for exchange.

  • Please return all original patches with backpack. Missing patches could result in partial refund and does not qualify for exchanges.

 

  • Please return original shaker in its original condition that comes with the backpack. Missing, used, damaged, odorized, stained or messy shaker will not be accepted and could potentially result in partial refund. Items would also not qualify for exchange.

  • All returns are videoed for documentation of items received and its conditions. 

  • We'll cover the cost of return shipping if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received the wrong item). Otherwise, you're responsible for the cost of return shipping or exchanges.

  • Shipping insurance, paid shipping labels & original shipping costs are non-refundable as these services have been completed and paid.

  •  Refund times are determined by your card issuer's policies. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for refunds to be successfully completed.  

  • All refunds require an RMA number for identification. RMA numbers are issued when returns are being processed.
